If you are available for an immediate start, possess a talent for Customer Service and want to use your skills in a popular, busy award-winning community owned pub, we’d love to hear from you.

As well as displaying a talent for leading staff, you’ll be outgoing and be able to demonstrate confidence in supervising both bar and food service operations in a busy food-led destination pub.

Duties will include primarily assisting the Bar Supervisor ensuring an excellent customer experience alongside staff supervision and other supervisory duties, when the bar supervisor is not present.

You’ll need to be over 18 years old, have previous bar experience in a customer facing role in the hospitality industry along with excellent time management, punctuality, organisation skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You’ll also need to be available to work most weekends and over the Christmas period (although not including Christmas Day).

Where are we?

We are in the village of Longparish, just off the A303 and about 10 minutes east of Andover, and 20 minutes north of Winchester.
